水產養殖中星普大功率紫外線殺菌燈的運用

　　XPES high power UVC lamp for aquaculture water disinfection

　　在水產養殖和觀賞魚養殖領域，利用紫外線殺菌得到了越來越廣泛的應用。而在水產、水族養殖領域，通常會遇到兩個問題:

　　UVC disinfection technologies are widely used in the field of aquaculture and ornamental fish culture. There are two big problems encountered:

　　1、水中水藻的繁殖； Algae breeding

　　2、魚類疾病。 Fish diseases

　　絕大多數的水藻及引起魚類疾病的細菌病毒在星普大功率紫外線UV燈強紫外線照射下數秒內即可死亡解體，所以這兩個問題都可以通過紫外線殺菌方法得到妥善解決。

　　Most algae and bacteria/viruses that cause fish diseases would be killed within seconds under the irradiation of XPES high power UVC lamp. The above two problems will be solved with the solution of XPES UVC light sterilization.

　　在太陽光或人工光源的照射下，水中藻類如藍綠藻會大量繁殖，藻類消耗水中氧氣養分，進而影響水族的正常生長，星普大功率強紫外線UV燈可以解決這個問題。讓養殖水反復循環通過一個裝有星普UV殺菌燈的封閉殺菌器中，水中藻類在強UVC紫外線輻射下會解體死亡。在這個反應過程中，水的流速和殺菌燈的功率選擇很重要，在夏天溫度高，藻類繁殖快速，水的流速不宜太快，UV燈功率要適當高一些，廣東星普大功率紫外線殺菌燈非常合適。例如，一只300W的星普紫外線殺菌燈就可以使容量500m³的水池凈化。如果達不到水體凈化要求，就要增加紫外線的功率，或者增加燈管的數量，同時水的流速也要適當，流速不能太快，要保證水中藻類接受紫外線輻射的時間。另外，水質預先經過沉淀過濾處理很重要，能夠提高紫外線的穿透力從而最大化紫外線的殺滅能力。

　　Algae would breed fast into enormous number in sunlight or artificial light and these algae consume oxygen contained in the water.This get water conditions uncomfortable for fishes.XPES high power UVC lamps is the answer.When water circulates through a sanitation fixed inside with XPES UVC lamps, algae will be killed or be inactivated under the irradiation of intense UVC light. In this progress,the option of water flow speed and UVC lamp power is important. In summer, algae multiply fast and so the flow speed should be lowered and high power UV lamps should be adopted.XPES high power UVC lamp is the first choice. For example,one unit of 300W XPES UVC lamp is capable of purifying 500m3 pond water. If the water index is not achieved, you may have to chose more powerful XPES lamp or increase the lamp quantity. Meanwhile,the water flow speed should be precise and not too fast which makes enough time for UVC irradiation. One more thing, previous process of sediment and filtration are significant as the UVC light will get more penetrable which in turn enhances its killing capacity.

　　除了水藻問題，在水產水族養殖業，魚類病也是經常要面對的問題。星普UV燈對殺滅引起魚類病的水中細菌十分有效，比如白斑病菌，在紫外線照射下三秒鐘可以殺死。特別有時候，池塘要新加進去一些魚，這些新魚很可能帶進魚塘新的病菌，或者魚塘要換水，新水中也有可能有病菌，這些情況都要由紫外線系統對水體殺菌。方法和前述處理藻類一樣，讓水反復循環流過裝有紫外線燈的殺菌器中，注意要保證水接受紫外線輻射時間不小于3秒，否則殺菌效果會受到影響，星普UV殺菌燈極強的紫外線輻射能力證明十分有效。星普UV燈適合多種大小和環境溫度條件的水體，殺菌效果明顯。
